This letter is to notify you of your inactive status within The Grey Dragons Association of Michigan. Our records indicate your absence at Chapter meetings as well as scheduled events.

We are requesting at this time that you inform the Mother Chapters’ (Macomb) Executive Board of your intentions regarding your membership.

In order to remain an active member the following minimum requirements must be made:  

·        Attend one Chapter meeting (and/or)

·        Attend one scheduled event within the fiscal year of 2008.

Per our Constitution Article III $50.00 was paid for membership in our Association not ownership of our colors which are protected by Domestic Nonprofit Corporation filed with Michigan Labor & Economic Growth Identification Number #784362.

If you have decided that you no longer wish to be part of our Association, we are requesting that you return our property at your earliest convenience.

We would like to thank you for your previous support of our Association.
